P.S. – Bacon is Life.

Okay guys,

I’ve put this off for long enough.

I’ve promised this post on my diet and here it is.

1. I don’t eat meat, diary or eggs.

-”Why!?!?” You might ask? well first off, I don’t like the idea of eating something dead or that comes from a living being. Second, they are TERRIBLE for your body, animal protein is directly linked to heart disease, various kinds of cancer, and obesity.

“But your not getting your protein!!!” Yes I am, plant protein may not be a whole amino acid (building blocks of protein) but a decent vegan meal has all the amino acids I need. Besides, too much protein can cause Ketosis. A condition where your liver produces an overabundance of Ketone bodies, and your body burns them for energy, creating an acidic environment, which quite literally, melts your body from the inside out.

2. I don’t eat sugar.

I can hear it now, “WHAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?”. It’s true, Not only does it rot your teeth, it also rots your insides. Remember Ketosis? Sugar can produce the same melting effects on your organs. Not to mention violent moodswings, and a depressed imune system, just to name a few. The withdrawls can be a little intense sometimes, but after a month, it’s not an issue.

3. I don’t eat white flour.

This is a clincher when I tell people, even more than sugar. Simply put, white flour and sugar, are the same thing. It has the same effects as sugar, and tastes just as bad at this point.

Even if you just take one point from this point, you’re immediatly boosting your health and longevity, not to mention taking a HUGE step towards weight loss and management.

Automation does not make optimism obsolete.

So, I’ve gotten facebook back, fail on my part, but, I have a plan.

I’ve automated everything, literally.

I update here, twitter tells people, facebook publishes this as a note. I Digg something, Facebook tells people. I take a Daily Booth pic, Twitter tells people, see where I’m going for this? I do something, and all of a sudden, everybody who cares, knows.

I love it.

That’s all for now, next post, My Diet.

Dear Wallflower,

Hey,

Sorry for the late post, but school and friend time can consume downtime. Not that is is a bad thing, far from it, it just needs to be balanced.

I’ve been going on about my classes, and I guess it’s time I explain what exactly is I’m taking.

Dubbed, Business and Computer Applications, it’s exactly what it seems to be.

I’m learning the ins and outs of Owning and Running a business, and also computer applications, ie: Office 2007 and Keyboarding.

That’s it. Sorry to disappoint, but that’s seriously all there is to it.

Aside from that, all is going well, and I’m really excited to start my Core Modules.

It’s getting late, so I’m going to shower, then it’s off to bed for another busy day.

Till next time,

So far, so good, so what?

Hey all,

Just spent the best 130$ I think I ever have, and that I probably will for a while now. This longboard will take me all the place, is a lot smoother to ride than my skateboard, and is just a lot more enjoyable.

Classes are going well (Business and Computer Applications, which I will explain in my next post.) and I finished Success Strategies, and on to double up on Computer Fundamentals in the AM, and Spreadsheets in the afternoon.

Diet is starting to suffer (again, I’ll explain in an upcoming post) but now that I’m running, I’ll take this as an opportunity to get everything back in order.

In the meantime, trying to fill my Ipod and Itunes back up, slowly but surely, it will get done.

So here we go…

So I’ve just quit facebook, it’s getting to be a problem, and I’ve decided I like emails more than a wall post.

I’m also a little tired, and I’m thinking, “Why not start a blog?”

I figure, since I have all this free time for adventure and what not, might as well write about them.

I’ve recently started a Minimalist trend in my room, I’ve gotten rid of my bed frame, got a smaller ps2, ditched my pc for a laptop, and am working on shrinking my wardrobe to enough shirts for the week, so I can implement a Once-A-Week washing day along with my bed sheets.  (Same goes for my boxers and socks, and I’ve reduced to 3 pairs of shorts, and two pairs of jeans.)

I’ve started running on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, I’ve stuck with it so far, and hoping to keep it up for a long time.

I need my sleep for school tomorrow, but I’ll keep you posted on stuff.
